Website terms

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms explain how you may use the Cardiff Canucks website. For questions about the website or these terms, please contact us.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access or introduce malicious software.

Club information

We aim to keep our information accurate and up to date. Fixtures, rosters, prices and availability may change. Please check the relevant booking service or contact the club before making arrangements that depend on this information.

Content and photographs

Website text, images, logos and other content belong to Cardiff Canucks or their respective owners. You may view the website and share links for personal use. Please obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before reproducing content beyond what the law permits.

Tickets, shopping and sponsorship

These website terms do not replace the terms of a ticket purchase, merchandise order or sponsorship arrangement. The seller’s terms shown before purchase, or the terms agreed directly with the club, govern those arrangements alongside your statutory rights.

Please check the relevant terms for prices, fees, delivery, cancellations, postponed events and refunds. Contact the relevant seller or the club if you need clarification before purchasing.

Other websites

We link to ticket booking, shopping, social media and other external services. Those websites have their own terms and privacy information, and their content and availability are managed by their operators.

Availability and responsibility

We may update or temporarily suspend the website for maintenance or other operational reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
